The board of FRESHH Inc has taken an unconventional approach to their governance. While their legal responsibilities identify them as the Board at FRESHH Inc. Theatre company, aligning with the cultural values and practices of a Pan-African Paradigm their organization and operation reflects collaboration, accountability and shared leadership.
